Will there be a metagame profile where I can create my Avatar and find other user profiles. There i can see all my progress and stuff i am involved in metagame and see the vision of the user for metagame and what he plans to do which metagame project s/he supports etc.

Yes! This is definitely in the short term roadmap. Are you interested in working on this?
I am not a programmer. I would like to work on this, but how? What are the quests? 
It would be nice if ideas get posted and then user vote on the ideas which so get ranked into the roadmap (Milestones) and then people create quests for the milestones to achieve the roadmap
