- Last update was that Peth needed to sort out which of those were his personally versus GTC for MetaGame. Sought out Owocki but is still unclear
- This still needs to be addressed and I can only assume that Peth stuck on mute or was distracted from the call. Crickets

Expect more clarification on the path to becoming a champion and expectations therein. I do hope that a code of conduct can also be ratified between all players beyond “don’t be an asshole”

Chair announces his return to active duty, offers to resume his prior role as Playbooks Champion. Will speak later with Misanth to get back up to speed.

HBesso31 asks about picking up Headhunting. Peth suggests looking to Internal Guilds for new players.

Penguin announces changes to the signatories on the (Eth mainnet) multi-sig. Luxumbra is in and Alec is out. Suggests further updating may be wanted in the near future. Also announces that minting will take place on Polygon later in the day.

Anna informs that Shillers’ Guild plans to host a PR workshop with YAP DAO on “Better Shilling.” Asking when best to schedule it. (Later decided on Dec. 7)

Misanth says the previous week’s cohort call went well. Announced the “Fake Value Feed” and “Heat Reports” channels are fully functional now. Introduced his completed “Welcome to Metagame” “Raid Map” and “Dungeon Runs” pages on notion.

Peth has updated "How to Champion. HBesso31 asks about having Champions stake seed to ensure their reliability. Peth and Penguin discuss options for rewarding Champions, Misanth creates a poll in “Voting.”

Peth also informs of some mishaps with listing MetaManifesto NFTs. Penguin offers to advise later.

Bagholder McFomo III asks to discuss details of the upcoming mint. Penguin asks about RAI liquidity on Polygon, Bagholder advises that it’s less than $200k and mostly tied up in pools with somewhat suspect pairs, not sure if obstacle or opportunity. Penguin suggests we bridge RAI along with Eth and Seed.

Bacon says he’s not sure if the incentives or liquidity previously offered by Reflexer would still be available to us as a long time has passed but will look into it a bit.

HBesso31 Is actively headhunting and has set himself a KPI of 12 DMs daily. Says encouraging results so far. Asks Michiel about what kinds of devs are needed, Michiel says more front-end devs. Typescript, GraphSQL or Ceramic skills would be nice.

Michiel Says lots going on with builders. Lately working on the dashboard with lots of contributors. Hopes to report more by end of season. Ceramic integrations coming along. Working with Luxumbra on next mint, feels it’s nearly ready. Misanth wants to confirm player activations before pushing, Michiel asks for a list to work from and will need it quickly.

Pronoia has been transcribing, caught two meetings last week.

Tommy Getting back on the horse. Thanks Misanth for his work inn-keeping and onboarding. Says Rankko hasn’t been around and will need a new deputy.

Anna Also needs a deputy. Plans for the meeting with YapDao are going well, currently is shilling it. Pushed ahead on the previous unfinished DAO Personas raid.

Bagsy wants to talk for a minute about last week’s minting, bridging, pool-splashing. Tommy asks about Doing Good Fund (DGF) and whether the allocated funds will be distributed this mint. Apeiron says the multi-sig is holding 20 Seeds for DGF, but he’s not sure how to move the funds along. Bagsy thought it was $5000 in Seeds that was meant to be distributed. Penguin says that the Seeds for DGF are in the polygon multi-sig as DGF’s wallet is a contract address and won’t have the same address on Polygon, not sure if we’ll need to bridge or not.

Bagsy, Lux and Misanth Discuss experiences with offramping assets to fiat from Polygon through centralized exchanges. Consensus is that it works.

Bagsy says the pool is still unbalanced with approximately 2:1:1 ratio in dollar value instead of the intended 3:1:1. Misanth says we still have approximately 6000 seeds we can add to the pool.

Luxumbra wants to set a time for the Bridging Party. 6pm UTC on Sunday, 5 December is decided on.

Hbesso31 wants to ask about what happens when a player rage quits the server - and their contributions are lost. Misanth says that their emojis from the past become worthless. Michiel says that players can be penalized retroactively for lost XP. Hbesso asks what happens if a player intentionally removes their work from Notion or other places. Misanth says they can be rolled back on Notion. Bagsy wonders if we want to add a notification to the onboarding docs that if a player creates something for MetaGame, then it belongs to the DAO. Asks for thoughts about “It’s mine and I don’t want to share it anymore,” vs “We paid for it, we can use it how we want.” Penguin says he sees it as non-exclusive rights.

Hbesso31 The newsletter says something about onboarding 1 million people? Misanth says he doesn’t know.

HBesso31 says has found 2 experienced project managers who may be willing to join full-time.

penguin helped with pSeed migration, added Lux and removed Alec from multi-sig. More changes possible.

Gnomeski is trying to catch bak up after moving house and being under the weather, plans to talk to Peth to get up to speed.

tenfinney talks about playbook production flow on Notion. Points out that Notion isn’t tracked by SourceCred, so we need to remember to mention the work on Discord. Tommy asks if using github for this process will remain more profitable. Tenfinney suggests they look into it together.

Tommy says new bots and roles have been really helpful, will begin working on purge soon. Still needs deputy. Tenfinney offers to help.

Anna YapDao event is tomorrow. Prizes for the memeathon are determined, wants to clarify where funds come from. Group discussion settles on using the Polygon network multi-sig wallet. Tenfinney explains how petty cash is handled in traditional business, suggests it would be useful for ongoing real-world expenses.

Peth asks if the Doin’ Gud Fund multi-sig wallet has been set up yet. Misanth said not yet, still looking for a few signatories.

Bagsy wonders where the $Seeds assigned to MetaFam DAO are located. Peth says they’re in the Aragon treasury and that any seeds that were distributed by merkle claim are probably still in the claim contract.

Tenfinney suggests using snapshot for votes in future. Also suggests that verbal votes that take place in Champions’ Guild should be given a period of time for guild members to ask their champions for explanation or changes.

Luxumbra updates on minting. Says he plans to check the calculation tomorrow. Needs to activate Pvblic Vniversal Friend. Aims to mint on the 21st, will send directly to prepared bridge wallet then on to the polygon multi-sig. Will update minting guide.

Misanth says cohort, Notion, bots, are all fine. Wants to know about headhunting: what type of people are being sought and in what numbers? Hbesso says he’s been hunting devs and PMs and Dave has asked him to look out for designers as well. Also suggests that the current onboarding flow isn’t great for builders. The cohort call is on Fridays but they need to also attend a Builders’ Align call which is 5 days later, on Wednesdays. Bagsy asks if this subject can be delegated to Innkeepers.

Misanth asks if it would be alright to give Champions permissions to assign roles.
