Pausing community calls gives us time to rethink how we do them, switch things up & improve.
Main changes I’d like to see:
- More topics & less project shills
- More focus thematically
Rather than just inviting people to talk about their projects, I think we should have specific topics to discuss, then organize panels, AMAs & workshop-type things around those topics.
Other idea is having weekly theme focus.
- Week 1 - Regen/Meta
- Week 2 - DAO/Coordination
- Week 3 - Community
- Repeat
Regen/Meta topics:
- Any regenerative project
- Anything related to the bigger picture
- Game b or metamodernism
- How to live regeneratively
- How to regenerate local communities
- Regenerative community
- Personal regeneration
- Global regeneration
- Green & greenwashing
- Political Philosophy
DAOs/Coordination
- Mission, Purpose & Personas
- Sustainability Models & Tokenomics
- Decision-making & Prioritization
- DAO Tooling
- Coordination & Communication
- Participation & Engagement
- Funding & Resource Allocation
- Rhythms & Continuous Learning
- Legal Structures
- DAO efficiency
- Business model canvas
